Draft position really isn’t a curse imo. Usually players who you draft in the first three rounds and then get season ending injuries within the first 5 games is much worse complaint. Those are the guys you depend on to provide you your scoring floor, when one drops, it usually takes 2 guys to make it up.

I made the offer to this guy who drafted Kittle 2nd rd and Kelce 3rd rd (10 team $100 public Yahoo league) thinking he would counter at most and be insulted at least but he accepted to my great surprise. LF was my 7th rd, DS was my 12th rd.

7th + 12th for 2nd all day but I had to make sure Kelce hadn't just drowned or died in a barn fire or something.

This is my first time doing a money league against strangers, but if they're accepting trades like these, I see many more in my future.

Tell me how that league pans out...I’ve done the pay leagues ($20) for basketball and baseball each. Finished in the money once. I thought it was just ok. Probably not do it again.

If it gives you any hope in 2017 I took David Johnson #2 overall and he got hurt in week 1, then Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone in week 7. I still won the league.

I did it. I won a matchup!!

Weird week. I didn't realize D. Johnson wasn't playing for Pitt. Forgot to look Saturday. And Gesicki put up a goose egg. Opponent had 2 goose eggs himself. Don't know if I've ever seen 3 zeros before (not including my error) in a matchup.

The 2nd league is a joke. Guys playing players on bye weeks every weekend. I've played in free leagues on ESPN with complete strangers. I still set my roster every week. It's disrespectful to do otherwise. If you don't have 5 minutes a week, then don't play in the league.
