We are not catching the Eagles. I just want to get in. That means either Seattle or LA needs to be out. LA has a very easy schedule left. Seattle loses and we win is our surest way in. You gotta learn to walk before you can run. This teams time will come soon enough. For now becoming a playoff team is huge.
Also, at 11-6, which is any 3 wins, we are in regardless of other teams results. Therefore we should get rid of the "just get in" mentality, and focus on the "where do we want to be" idea. We want to be the highest seed possible, and that includes Seattle and Minnesota beating GB.

I am in no way opposed to winning out and getting in that way, lol, but I will not take a playoff birth for granted, and this early in the rebuild I would marvel at one.

We barely beat the Aints. Losing to Philly is definitely a possibility. So is losing to Dallas, like we just did. So is losing to Atlanta. Ill take one W, and a playoff birth and be happy about it. 10 wins is nothing to laugh about for a rebuilding year.

We had a 2 to 1 time of possesion. Lattimore shut down one side and Sainristil got an int, coincidence - I don't think so. St Juste came in and got a penalty that kept a drive alive. He will get less playing time, which means fewer dumb penalties.

We were missing our lynchpin center which clearly caused trouble up front.

I'm excited for the rest of the season.

The hyping up of mediocre QBs by this fan base over the years has been pretty bonkers.

Sometimes a guy isn't the right fit.

I'm not giving up on Howell's career yet either, there are plenty of guys in the NFL that need a number of years on the bench before it clicks. Look at the guy in front of him on the depth chart. I think he has the physical talent, he just needs to keep working on the rest of it.

You guys can’t admit youre wrong about him.
You got dazzled by those garbage yards to RBs. Even turned on McLaurin at one point. Look at 17 now. Will break the redskins TD record on the way to the probowl.
Meanwhile, jiffy lube is throwing balls behind the line of scrimmage.

His passes look like they’re shot out of a pitching machine. No touch

That's because we only had mediocre QB's .. Fan base was trying to find HOPE anywhere we could ..anytime a QB had a good showing we got giddy ..There was a handful of games that Sam showed promise but we all knew deep down it was fools gold ! This fan base has already thrown JD under the bus this year the kid had a few shaky games and some were calling for MM .. in the modern era Other than Sonny and Joe we really never had a long term star QB ( Unless you count Baugh ) , Williams,Rypien,Were products of a team loaded with talent and a genius Coach In Gibbs. I would say JD is the closest thing we have had to a Brady,Mahomes,Manning type QB .. I hope he stays healthy ! I thought RG3 was gonna be that guy and injuries ruined that chance .

he is definitely on the struggle bus, this really the issue with finding the next great QB's in this league they go to these franchises that just complete dismantle them

JD5 I promise would not be doing as well under DS

Caleb shows flashes but also his OL is the worst in the NFL... Its hard to play good when you get hit almost every play.

ATLANTA is BAD!! If they were playing anyone else last night they would have got killed

I had no idea he was still in the league

Re: Around the NFL Week 15

I'll never understand why all the boards had Williams as the #1 qb over JD. Yes he's got talent but he leaves the pocket quickly a lot which will never work long term in the NFL. He's also shown accuracy issues. JD is taller, more accurate, dedicated to film study more, and can run faster. Caleb has a stronger arm but JD's is fine for this league. It'll be interesting to see if Caleb works out long term in the NFL.

cw was cheered for a few years as the next great thing, then jd5 had a break out senior year at lsu, not sure it was enough to trump the years cw was praised

JD5 frame is/ was a a concern

i think cw still will shine in this league he is just in a dumpster fire of a situation right now; it be awesome if the season could end today for him ; he needs a HC and a OC that are there long term to get him on the path to growth

I am almost stop playing him this season, if he gets injured it will set him back more and there is no growth right now in his game

from last night

ideally you like to see a josh allen frame 6'5" 240 but who knows, so far sans a rib JD5 once the rubber meet the road has been solid

fingers crossed

Detroit's defense is absolutely ravished by injuries. I'd put Minnesota and Philly above them.

Cousins. I know a guy who might be interested
