Re: Haynesworth is Behaving Selfishly
AH hasn't done enough to have earned the $32M. Maybe with Allen and Shanny we'll get some players who care about teamwork, not individual stats. No more AH's or CP's!

I know this will look like I'm simply blindly defending ESPN but what PD is referring to I'm sure is more so his interview with Mike Wise of the Washington Post, not ESPN. washingtonpost.com Furthermore, and again I know like it will come across as I'm blindly defending the media, the problem is more often than not readers'/viewers'/listeners' gross misunderstanding of what's been reported (BHA I'm looking in your direction) than what is actually written or said. Bottom line just about everyone with the Redskins knows how important AH is to the team, they don't agree with his decision but they respect it and that's that. Nothing more, nothing less |
Snyder Not Happy With Haynesworth

It's the Associated Press. Would it be nice if the focus was on refurbishing the inner city field? Sure. But let's not kid ourselves, even here that a thread on that would get maybe 3 replies before it turned into a bitch session |
Re: Snyder Not Happy With Haynesworth
We should just merge all the Haynesworth threads into one mega fat Al thread and just let it die. I'm so tired of hearing about this guy.
|
Re: Snyder Not Happy With Haynesworth
I dont mind hearing about him.....in one thread....
|
Re: Snyder Not Happy With Haynesworth
We are just under 3 months before the season starts you better get use to threads like this. I don't like it either but it is what it is.

Aren't you supposed to be halfway to plastered by now? |
Re: Snyder Not Happy With Haynesworth
Haynesworth is another matter. The Redskins have paid the two-time All Pro $32 million in guaranteed money the past 15 months, but he skipped two voluntary minicamps this spring and stayed away from all of the team's offseason workouts mainly because he's unhappy with the switch to a 3-4 defense.
Completely untrue. It's mainly because he wants to do his own thing with his own trainer, who he knows can give him a training program tailored to his unique needs. This whole "albert doesn't want to play NT thing" is so blown out of proportion. He said it once, and now everyone assumes that's what everything's about. |
Re: Haynesworth is Behaving Selfishly
Ladies and Gentlemen, right here on our stage, BHA and Smoot!
Smoot: "Furthermore, and again I know like it will come across as I'm blindly defending the media, the problem is more often than not readers'/viewers'/listeners' gross misunderstanding of what's been reported (BHA I'm looking in your direction) than what is actually written or said." BHA: "I dont understand what it is I've grossly misunderstood." Smoot: "Exactly." :laughing- They'll be here all week, folks! |
