That is very bad news for Detroit. Backus has been one of the few guys on that line that always shows up on Sundays.

Has rex even signed? If why is everyone acting like he will. If it was a priority he would be cause hes missing out on things on the field. I would say he wont be back

Even if Rex signs, he can't practice 'till August 4th, when the new league year starts. So what's the rush? He's not going to have many suitors in free agency, and he already knows this is probably his best chance to get an opportunity, since he knows the playbook. Free agency isn't over yet.

kffl has the easiest to find info, just search or look through the hotw pages.
