Yes, Reuben Foster and Zach Brown - our new starters at ILB. We go from bad to bad-ass. |

Id take that for sure. But an upgrade is a necessity for a better defense next year. Wil Compton isn't a starter. |
Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
Foster is coming back from rotator cuff surgery, maybe he will slide due to that injury. Could be a risky pick, remember Doctson.

Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
We need to get Hankins for around 8 mil a year I,ll take it right now

Hankins PFF rating was slightly higher than Ziggy Hood..he is not worth 8 million. |

Doctson wasnt hurt when we drafted him, and every pick is a risky pick. |

Answer: Sign Zach Brown. Would 143 tackles (94 solo) in 2016 be enough proof for you? Let's wrap up this FA group by signing DT Johnathan Hankins and ILB Zach Brown. Then we can move on to the draft and go true BPA every round.
Yeah! I've been staring at him since the beginning of free agency, real tackling machine, I think we can sign him at a reasonable price, can't we? In fact I'll be fine with him and Mason Foster at ILB if we add a real playmaker at DT ! |
Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
Zach Brown is visiting the Raiders

Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
Per @MikeJonesWaPo: Redskins announce they have re-signed Ziggy Hood, and that Vinston Painter has signed his ERFA tender.
|
Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
Per @john_keim: The Redskins released Ricky Jean Francois. Would have counted $4 million vs. the cap.
|
Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings
With releasing Ricky Jean Francios, I'm hoping that was a move to free up cap space to go after Hankins or Poe.

They save $3 million cutting Ricky Jean ($1 million of dead cap). I hope they did not give Ziggy any guaranteed money because if they draft well he is not making the team. |

Do you think he was cut due to play or his comments about the team? |
