Well, you're not missing anything.

Race traffic is the worst. I once spent 3 hours trying to get out of there. Last time I went I got to park in the trooper's lot. I was out of there in 30 minutes.
Leaving Carowinds after 9pm is the worst. This was an early departure tonight.
She sent it last night. My user name is my real name, so maybe Courtney will recognize it when she sees the request. Say a prayer.
If it was months ago I'd worry...but since it's yesterday...I'm sure you'll get in touch with her.

Sorry, I was applying to jobs online and they made me take one of those 120 question questionairres. How annoying.

Well I've never done the whole "friend request" thing. Took me a bit to figure it out. Keeping my fingers crossed.

If you believe you will get in contact with her, then you will. If you think it won't work, then it won't.

Ahh... "the secret". I guess I subscribe more to the "God gives us the desires of our heart".

Did you ever think that maybe "the universe" was God? I see striking similarities.

God simply said, "I am". I believe He is a spiritual being, not simply some sort of "consiencenous".

I don't know enough about "the secret" to really comment. I don't believe that I can just simply meditate on something hard enough to make it manifest itself in my life. God has a purpose and plan for me. My plans may not always be a part of His plans and I think that's a good thing.

I think it's arrogant to say you have complete control over your life. If that's the case, then there is no need for God. The only control you have is how you react to adversity in your life. Attitude is a huge thing. My motto has always been you reap what you sow.
