I will watch PTI from time to time. They can be entertaining at times, but I think they made a mountain out of a mole hill with the stance they took on RGIII's 'tweet?' Was waiting for the pig to run by and say C'mon Man!

I think RGIII recognizes that he was probably more culpable than anyone else with regard to reinjuring his knee. By no means do I think he was taking any sort of shot at Shanny or anyone else for that matter.
I honestly cannot believe the commentary regarding III's tweet to Wingo. It frustrates me as a fan, but in the media that is what they do now. Take things people communicate to them and read into it to a point of making the communicator out to be a villian or using the media to voice a frustration to sell air time and get ratings.

You would think that people who have actually had the opportunity to meet and speak with III would have a better understanding of what the kid is all about and his character.

Does III really need to air his dirty laundry out in the media? NO he has the ear of everyone in the FO of the organization. From the GM, to the owner, the head coach, his coordinator, and his position coach he can speak to anyone with out a problem and voice any concerns he may have.

BUT NO, he sends a tweet to Wingo to give him a little info and some misconstrue it to fit their needs and get ratings.

The only question I have now for anyone is to the III and how he feels about ESPN's handling of his communication.

Anyone with half a clue would know there is no way RGIII would take a shot at his coaches or doctors via a text message. Just ridiculous.

I thought it was pretty clear from his text that he took responsibility for himself, and basically said everyone else involved knows their responsibility as well. How is that a shot at anyone?

It's really a shame that people are twisting his words. Especially people that know better.

Because people want to make lemons out of lemonade. So they can get rating, page views and get their number of followers up.

I think the Redskins should bring in Eric Winston for a visit. The market has cooled on him and maybe they can swing a deal for a perfect fit. You can carry all 4 tackles through camp then cut 2 before the start of the season.

I agree, but they still probably won't do it having wasted money on Trueblood pashos and Polumbus.

Cutting Pashos and Trueblood will cost something like 65-75 thousand. The guaranteed money on those signings is token money at best. It amounts to nothing when dealing with the numbers that are thrown around in the NFL. The Trueblood and Pashos signings will not stop anything from happening if Shanny and BA want it to happen, there is not enough money involved in cutting them.

No your right, but I don't seem them walking into training camp with 5 RT's.

I could see it. It's the Shanny way - when he doesn't have the resources to get "his guy," he brings in many wannabes and lets the cream rise to the top. Remember when we had 1,000 WR's in camp a couple of years ago?

our when he drafted 4,000 corners in the 3rd round (in denver, it was actually 3).

he got a good starter out of it though, so it worked out there.

True that dc. I remember they were fighting over stokelys old ass and Galloway. And everyone here was like GREAT which of them are gonna play tackle or OL?

I still think that Winston is a dolphin in time. They have cap space. His bro is a scout for them. They lost jake long so their RT last year johnathan Martin will move to LT.
