No way. The Rams will never get that much and it behooves them too much to make some kind of deal.
Wow! THREE first rounds and a second! Well, at least we're now a shoe in for RGIII.

You said this and I wrote it off. Sorry, my bad.

This puts so much pressure on Griffin III to perform well enough. To give up so much to get him. Well, that's what happens when you're desperate and the Redskins were just that. I feel at this point Washington needs youth at the quarterback position. We know what Grossman is and we know how good Beck is. In training camp, the Redskins offensive coaches have to take a long, hard look at young quarterback Jonathan Crompton. I'd rather have him Backing up RG3. Since he was on the practice squad all last year, he should know the playbook well enough.

I don't think giving up 2 extra first round picks for a player like RGIII is that bad. Someone like him does not come around very often. Plus, who knows how high those future first round picks will be. Hopefully, they can be more like the Beathard era where they find a lot of great players in the later rounds.

I get why they did it: Manning didn't play the role he was supposed to play in the Redskins leverage. So they panicked, and basically admitted that for two years they completely wasted our time because they needed a guy like RG3 all along.

More than anything I think it shows that the Tannenhill talk was a complete smoke screen. It makes me wonder what the Browns will do now. Does Tannenhill now go fourth? Or do they pass on him that high and try Flynn? I think it was absolutely right to settle this before Free Agency.

It really does make some other QB needy teams feel the need to reach for a QB in the 1st round or overpay for a free agent.

We just snatched another one of the "no miss" qb's from other potential teams.

If the Fletcher deal doesn't get done are there any MLB's out there to replace him? 7 million is insane for a guy his age

I would like us to get either Lofton or Tulloch to replace him if he is still insisting on 8 mil per year or higher like some report. I know he is valuable, and he is one of my favorite, but 37 almost 38 years old, and getting more money than a Ray Lewis, come on man........

Now if the Skins can get a great receiver for RG to throw to. They really need a real go to receiver that the opposing defense has to be afraid of.

Not for a guy that is tops in the league in tackles EVERY YEAR. NEVER MISSES A GAME. IS A HARDER WORKER THAN ANY OTHER PLAYER ON THE TEAM. AND, IS THE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL LEADER OF OUR TEAM. Is my caps lock button broken? :)
