Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Yeah I seen it. It buckled because the only support the already torn ligaments had was the brace. Just give it time and all will come out in the media eventually. That knee was tore against the Ravens. I guarantee it!
Holy ****. 44 may have been right considering this new report out about the ACL strain (tear) that occurred in the Baltimore game. |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Shit I could have told you after that hit, when it was reported that it was a grade 1 you knew knew something was fishy. The game against Philly and Dallas you could see it was worse than it was reported. Now my question is did the knee brace help at all? It there was no tears shouldn't the knee brace have prevented it?
Knee brace will limit how the leg can turn, but it isn't going to be full proof or prevent a tear. Also, it may put a piece in the puzzle to why Shanny left the kid in the game. LL @HTTR24_7 @PeachOmania IF any of that is accurate then thats probably why Shanny left him in these games thinking the damage was already done. All speculation of course and dependent on this new info being true. |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
I'm not convinced on the Kevin and Rock info
|
What if he hurt that ACL against Baltimore? I agree about him scaring the defense but I'd rather have him for a Long time then just a couple good years. Let's just hope he'll be ready for 2013 . He's literally already become my favorite player to watch even if I wasn't a skins fan
even against baltimore, griffin had the chance to get out of bounds but his fearlessness led him back in where Ngata lowered the hit. I think he was learning, but depending on the resuts tomorrow and going forward, he clearly didn't learn fast enough. |
I'm not convinced on the Kevin and Rock info
Have u heard anything about the Visit to Florida yet? Or any other news good or bad? |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
All these rumors and speculation are driving me nuts. I think I will just wait to see what is really going on in the next week or so. If true that they didn't disclose the injury and let him play knowing that he could do more damage then this team and organization deserves what ever punishment and injury consequences that are coming their way.

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
@HTTR24_7: WOW.. So @kevinandrock are reporting RGIII had a sprained ACL and LCL following the Ngata hit..
@HTTR24_7: Also saying the plan was for the team to announce the acl injury following the season, claiming it was a result of playing on the lcl.
LOL, I tried telling you all... |

I'm hoping like hell it's not true. How would we really know the truth to begin with? Not like they can divulge medical records. |
When Ngata hit him I thought his knee was ****ed.

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Partially as in I can confirm part of it, the other part I'm still waiting on
I just caught what you meant by "partially"... Dammit! |
I'm hoping like hell it's not true. How would we really know the truth to begin with? Not like they can divulge medical records.
I don't know, but I am pretty sure the league has pretty stringent reporting rules. The level of conspiracy to make this true would be mind boggling, a well respected coach would have to put his career on the line, a world reknowned surgeon would have to put his career and reputation among all the sports world at risk, an owner and front office that is still suffering from a 36 million dollar cap penalty would have to put a storied franchise at risk. granted it may be martian dirt on fedex field but I doubt even sarcastic rover could find truth to this story. |

I agree, but when I saw RGIII's leg almost snap from the Ngata hit i wondered how did he manage a grade 1 sprain. It was too good to be true. |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Who the f*ck cares what happened, he needs to heal up and get back on the field. In the meantime, Shanahan needs to figure out what to do with RG3 out. Honestly, people need to stop paying attention to all of these amateur insiders IMO.

I care because RG3 gave his fans, his coaches, and his team everything he had and the people who are supposed to protect him (coaches, doctors) failed him in return! Most people on here have a sick feeling in their stomach about the way this was handled and there will be repercussions to follow. Count on it! |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
this speculation is doing nobody any good at all. thanks to the media for fanning the flames.
