Re: R.I.P. thread
Sad for all those who died, but there is gonna be a shit ton of port workers whose checks are gonna dry up for the next 6+ months as a result of this. That's a nightmare for so many people who use the bridge, or work at the port, even consumers are gonna see higher prices for things like sugar because the Domino plant is a huge importer of sugar for the US.

The Navy is already send dredging teams up from Nor fork VA. It could take as little as 2 months depending on the weather. Once the recovery mission is done. They're saying the Ship sent out a Mayday and they had cleared the Bridge all except a work crew that was up there. |

Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk[/quote] I work in Annapolis and when I would drive north if there was traffic at the Harbor Tunnel I would take the bridge on 695. Last time was this past October. |

This is the way it's gonna be for the rest of our lives - anytime some disaster happens the nutjobs are gonna try and tie it with whatever their hate-flavor of the day is. It doesn't help that the Twitter algorithm is fucked too. Shame there's no decent competitor for it. |
