Re: Skins v Eagles post game thread
Thinking negatively, I'm worried Fletcher might catch alot of heat for bad play this year. I don't really think it's fair. He was bad in pass coverage last year. However, he is all we have at the spot, and we had no cap space to sign anyone.

I know it's sacrilege to some to criticize him, but if he doesn't play well he deserves heat just like any other player. |

Rich Eisen @richeisen 13m
Chip Kelly is 1st coach to dial up 53 1st half plays since @CoachBillick dialed up 56 for MIN in Week 15 1998 at Ravens, who then hired him. Hard to believe Billick would ever have 56 plays, let alone in one half. |

He's still playing well and he's invaluable as far as leadership and being the "QB of the defense". He can read offenses and align the D like no one else. But, he is losing his impact. He'll rack up the tackles and get some INTs this season, but aside from Kerrigan obviously, I think the star of our LB crew this season is going to be Perry Riley. |

As to Fletch, it might be time to see how Barnett does in these types of games. Certainly, we could work him into the rotation.
Fletch makes up for his lack of speed by his recognition skills, still sometimes you just can't beat speed and I am wondering if maybe Barnett has a little more of it. |

Billick? I thought he was out of coaching. |

My bad I was talking about Belichick As for Billick there was a time he was known as being an offensive guru in his time with the Vikes |

Hankerson makes this grab, and we probably win that game:

He was the OC in Minnesota when they set the league record for points scored in '98. |

If he can get his hands right he could be dangerous. Would have been tough catch as RG3 had a lot of mustard on it and it was tailing away from him but still, gotta make those key grabs to take it to the next level. |

Billick ran the Minnesota offense when they had a high-powered '90's aerial attack featuring Randall Cunningham/Brad Johnson/Robert Smith/Randy Moss/Cris Carter in their heydays. One year they broke the season scoring record set by the TheismannSkins. Billick became grind-it-out after he joined the QB-less Ravens. |
