I know the toxic workplace happened under Snyder but I have to imagine Harris will be wanting to make sure it is not the same organization. I could see any gray area as weighing against McManus here.

It sounds like they have only adopted it for one year as a trial. It does sound like it will make kickoffs more entertaining and far less predictable.

I'd absolutely trade a 2nd for Tee Higgins if they reached an extension prior to the trade. He's a stud.
