Wait until DJax throws his first drama fit. That'll bring the vibe back to earth.
Otherwise I am with you. I would have done a few things differently but overall the offseason has been good to us. I tend to trust this feeling because we (mostly) have not been signing flashy baubles but, instead, bringing in the lunch-pail types.
I dont think its going to take too long for that drama fit to happen. From what I have been reading he was a complete and total locker rooom cancer in Philly. He was much more concerned about getting his catches and his rap label than the team winning. It will be interesting to see how he deals with a rookie coach and that rookie coach handles him. |
Re: Redskins Sign DeSean Jackson
i think if anything theres good core of locker room guys on this team already/// i'd be more interested to see how THEY handle him.. rather than the coach

This can't be a worse cancer than Cousins insisting he get his chance that was promised to him by Shannahan. |

No, just saying he is a possible malcontent. |

I think Jackson has already said that Gruden has "street cred" since he ran Cincinatti's offense. He simply didn't buy into Kelly's vision, saw him as a college coach trying to fit his model onto NFL players. I expect that Jackson will buy in for this season, given how the Skins played to his need to be wanted, and respected, when they made the all out push to get him. |

It must have been really bad. I always heard the a leopard cant change his spots, hopefull DJ changes. |

I don't think alleged criminal activity had all that much to do with the decision to release him. The story just offered the Eagles some very timely cover. |

Most of this sounds like Kelly wanted to make the point of my way or the highway. I think Kelly believes he can plug anyone in and his offense will work. |

I was saying that teams find ways to work with players who are involved in criminal activity. |
