very classy. You make dems everywhere proud with those kinds of comments.
If he sucks so bad, what would you do better? Don't be a John Kerry and "say" you'd do something different, tell us how you would do it.

ps- relax dmek, I understand that not all of you are like that.
I'm just joking around. Sort of.

Well for one I would not have 155,000 of our troops out in Iraq being blown up by IED's everyday and getting shot by snipers. I'm sick and tired to seeing our troops being killed. And for what? To overthrow a dictator who was NO THREAT to the Amercian people? Give me a damn break. Almost 3,600 have died and thousands have injured beyond repair. Does Bush give a shit? Nope. See, he doesn't care about all the death and destruction he has caused. I hope Bush chokes on a piece of chicken this 4th of July. I honestly hate his guts.

Your entire post is ignorable due to that one sentence. Your comment is absurd.

thanks. i think the difference in our beliefs lies in the fact that i do not think the U.S. is at war. when at war, enemies are well defined, and you kill or capture them. in Iraq, we are battling a way of life, a philosophy. this will not be conquered by the united states, it has to come from within enough of the Iraqi people. i just don't see them wanting it bad enough

and jsarno, i appreciate the civilized discussion. i had a guy at work that shared your beliefs, and we used to talk all the time. but he switched crews, and i hardly ever talk to him anymore

Well, that's your opinion. I have mine and I'll stick to it.....along with most of the American people.

Sad part.
More people joined the Mother'f the President thread than said Happy Birthday to this great Nation.

It's your Freedom I guess but a sad state of America that more folks point fingers then clap for the Country.

peace

The most patriotic thing an American can do at the present time is to effect the impeachment of George W. Bush. The Bush regime is a criminal, anti-American regime that has attacked the foundations of our Republic and the rule of law.
It is far more dangerous to our freedom than terrorism or the civil war in Iraq, which was created in the first place by the Bush's gang's thirst for power and oil.
There are few better ways to celebrate the country's birth than to resolve to oust a tyrant and return our nation to greatness . Happy July 4 to all.
The future of Detroit is in Detroit. The future of America is in Pheonix and Dallas and Atlanta and Washington D.C. People in the old factory areas have been singing this tune for years. Literally. Allentown came out in 1982. Those days are long gone. It's sink or swim on your own now. Nobody owes anybody anything.
Tell that to your parents, your teachers, our military, our cops, firemen, and dedicated people of conscience who serve your needs everyday without gitting zip for their services.

Re: Let's impeach the president.
Well, yes and no, but they just don't know any better. 95%+ of Americans are lazy and are easily persuadable. They don't like the fact that we are overseas fighting, (honestly who does?) and the Dems screaming "Bush lied" when it's not true, persuades them to take an even more aggressive stance. Dems cause problems, and offer NO solutions. Sorry if that is offensive.
At no time in history has one group of people agreed with sending troops overseas. There are always those that disagree with it. WW1, WW2 had a lot of people that didn't agree with it, but does that mean that we should have backed out? Absolutely not.
I'm sorry, but the Iraq mission is not done. I would never teach my kids to quit something they started because it got tough, and I appreciate the fact that we (USA) won't finish until the job is done, and we were flat out told that! There is absolutely no point in backing out now when the likely scenario would be that Iraq would fall back into their old ways and that makes all the lives lost all for not. So unless you can guarentee Iraq has changed for the best and won't go back to where they were, then we're not done.
The easily persuadable people of the world are primarily the ones who follow national and/or charmatic leaders who are best at putting the propaganda out there. They tend to support authoritarian monsters and gravitate toward a given power structure rather than question it. Their worse trait, of course, is that they think they think for themselves when in fact they spout cliches and back the party line.

You'd have to impeach a lot of Presidents over the course of history if you want nothing but rainbows and lollipops all day.

War is ugly. Politics are shady. Life's a bitch. Always been that way, always will.

I hear that SBF. Sort of pathetic how some people just like to complain about everything with this country. Yet forget that at least this country gives them the freedom to complain.

But whatever, the season is almost upon us and those who are here just to spout their political obsessions will either start talking football or just leave.

Yes, Impeach the president and then the rest of the world will like us and leave us alone..............???????????????

I got an idea we can put a sissy in office so that we can get run over by the world while we actually think that we are winning the hearts and minds of the likes of the Taliban and other terrorist groups.

Let your local Government decide what age you can get married and drink and leave Global Affairs to the President.
