I think Aaron Brooks can still compete for a starting job somewhere and will likely be too expensive for a number 2-3 QB. I've not seen Todd Collins play enough to know if he would be a good fit.

We need someone who isnt going to lose games, which maddox and brooks are pretty good at.

The Saints haven't ever been competitive. Didn't Brooks take them to their only playoff appearance? I don't think Brooks is stellar, but that organization is awful. Archie Manning was a pretty good quarterback, but he couldn't win down there and no one else seems to be able to.

I did a search on him and as of at least March 2, he had not renegotiated. He's still listed as prime trade bait for a West Coast offense.

My vote is for Collins.

He might not have proven much, but he is on the same page as Saunders, and that goes a long way in making the offense work. (Please no Spurrier comments, because we all know that offense was crap, and those QB's had been out of that system for a while.
