Re: Schedule!!!
Here's Phili over the same 6 week stretch:
Nov 26 @Indianapolis 1:00pm Dec 4 Carolina 8:30pm Dec 10 @Washington 1:00pm Dec 17 @N.Y. Giants 1:00pm Dec 25 @Dallas 5:00pm Dec 31 Atlanta 1:00pm That's the worst thing you can do to a team, is to give them three road divisional games in a row. Ah well, they got featherweights at the front to make up for it. |
Re: Schedule!!!
WOW, November is just absolutely BRUTAL! Then finish the schedule with 9 NFC games - the fate of this team will rely on Nov-Dec run, where the king of DECEMBER (Mr. Gibbs) rules the world!!!!
I was thinking the same thing. A lot of bruisers in November. Luckily December has a bunch of teams that I would consider the complete opposite of "smashmouth". |
I receive the NFL network on Direct TV do most cable and satalite co carry the NFL Network? Just curious.
Not Time Warner in Columbia for what thats worth...which is that I won't be able to watch the game without switching to Direct TV |
Re: Schedule!!!
I see just two soft touches in this schedule: Houston & New Orleans.

Re: Schedule!!!
I find it interesting that the NFL found it necessary to schedule all of our AFC teams before the bye. We are the only team in the NFC East that has that special schedule. 0-4 against AFC teams for the last three years just might have something to do with it, but this will be the turnaround for this team starting with the Vikings. Man, those bastards in New York are jealous as hell about our aquisition of two of the best players in free agency. OH well.

Re: Schedule!!!
You never really know how strong or weak a schedule is until you actually start playing the games, even then so much can change week to week. Teams get hot and teams get cold. Teams that were expected to be good can flop, and teams that were expected to be bad can surprise you.
One game at a time, that's all the Skins need to worry about. |
Re: Schedule!!!
I love being in the East................but, (now) you automatically have a bunch of tough division games every year. No walk overs!

I'll bet the same thing was said twenty years ago. |

Re: Schedule!!!
Man you guys have a real good schedulle we all knew who whe where going to play ours suck we got our bye in week #3 so it sucks because it doesnt help at all. Then we get 3 teams at the road getting 2 tought teams (was, Car and ending with Ari). Ending with 5 NFC games 2 being Division games. I think is 1 of the toughest schedulles I've seen, it suckssssss oohh and we play you at home after playing Carolina on the road and after your bye you have to weeks 2 prepare for that game
Really our schedulle Sucks DATE OPPONENT (TV BROADCAST) TIME TICKETS Sun 9/10 @ Jacksonville (FOX) 3:15 p.m. Sun 9/17 WASHINGTON (NBC) 7:15 p.m. Sun 9/24 BYE Sun 10/1 @ Tennessee (FOX) Noon Sun 10/8 @ Philadelphia (FOX) 3:15 p.m. Sun 10/15 HOUSTON (CBS) Noon Mon 10/23 NY GIANTS (ESPN) 7:30 p.m. Sun 10/29 @ Carolina (NBC) 7:15 p.m. Sun 11/5 @ Washington (FOX) Noon Sun 11/12 @ Arizona (FOX) 3:15 p.m. Sun 11/19 INDIANAPOLIS (CBS) Noon Thu 11/23 TAMPA BAY (FOX) 3:15 p.m. Sun 12/3 @ NY Giants (FOX) Noon Sun 12/10 NEW ORLEANS (FOX) Noon Sat 12/16 @ Atlanta (NFLN) 7:00 p.m. Mon 12/25 PHILADELPHIA (NBC) 4:00 p.m. Sun 12/31 DETROIT (FOX) Noon |

Your schedule isn't going to kill your team anyways, your new WR will, with a little help from your kicker. :) |
Re: Schedule!!!
So, have any of you guys checked out the Dallas board? http://www.cowboysboard.com/ Look at their thread regarding their schedule.. I'm peeing in my pants over here reading the posts from "SackArtist". This kid is talking about sweeping the division, taking a first bye in the playoffs, and putting the entire season on the almighty saviour T.O.. D'Boyz, you really need to go in there and school him some.
