Generally speaking, it is, although, I have a MySpace page myself. Why? For several reasons. It is a good way to keep an eye on my 16 year old son, who has a page (and is also on my friend list). It gives me a good idea of the people that he hangs out with, what is going on in his head, some deeper insights to his interests. Don't get me wrong, we (wife and I) have great relationships with our 3 sons, but he is at that age that he doesn't care to talk to us about everything.

There are also a few interest groups in there that I belong to, several Redskins groups (my son and I belong to a few of the same), some Jeep groups, and a few others.

But yes, it does get some bad publicity for having been a catalyst for illicit

For everyone who thinks this case is a slam dunk or will get thrown out of court may want to wait and see what happens. Remember that a judge had to review the evidence to allow this trial to move foward and something was there for them to do so. ST was at the place where something happened but we just don't know what it was. Also remember its the job of ST attorney to make them look bad and incompetent. What may realy look bad today might not even be an issue when and if it goes to trial. People step down all the time even though they have done nothing wrong just so there will not be an issue with them. I would love to see the case thrown out but alot can still happen.

indeed. however even if it goes to trial i truly doubt theres enough evidence to prove "beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt"

Sure we do. No gun. No credible witness. :)

The credibility of the witnesses will be key. To us, from what we've heard, they have no credibility. But who knows for sure?

How is this case not over. Its been delayed 6 times, the "victims" are gang-bangers that aren't credible, the prosecutor quit because hes using the case to get laid and it was exposed to the media, and the DA offered Sean Taylor probation which makes me wonder how many of Miami's tax dollars is the case worth. I stand by my prediction that ST is in a Redskin uniform next year.

This case has been so technically flawed that if ST actually commited felonies he would walk easily. They offered a no jail time plea, their witnesses are fu!@ing criminals, the DA is probably snorting lines off some miami gay club goers ballsack while bragging about caging up ST. This case is as dead as Wellington Mara.
