Wow, that's scary.

Getting pulled over was the best thing that could have happened to him, he was obviously going to hurt someone or get himself hurt.

He needs to be locked up.

Agreed, he dosen't wear burgandy and gold so I really don't care that much about him. Troubled is not able to describe this guy.
