???? Explain tough guy. He just beat the Ravens and the Patriots. You don't think their defenses are just as nasty as the Bears, the Ravens defense was even better!

Honestly, I think the Bears defense scores twice. It's all about which Grossman shows up. If he can at least play AVERAGE, the Bears win 24-20.

How exactly is Petyon Manning a pussy? Thats freaking laughable. The guy has not missed a single start since 1997, and thats because he wasent in the league yet. 1998-2006, 8 years, he started all (16*8) games.

I dont care if he wants to get hit or not, would you wanna get hit with those guys flying at you unprotected, the guy still manages to be the best quarterback this league has seen since Marino hung it up (I'll hear the Brady debate though).

However....I'll be rooting for Indy, but I could easily say the Bears winning, and will go as far to say I think they will. The Bears and Redskins are two perfect examples of just how important 1 aspect of the game is: Turnovers. The Bears create them, they are in the Super Bowl, the Redskins dont, they have the 6th pick in the draft. The Bears ability to create turnovers is huge. I see them winning it in a very close, competitive Super Bowl, we'll say 31-27

Bears 28
Colts 17

The Colts WRs are gonna be hurtin' from the beating the Bears D will give them. It's gonna be hard for them to get open. Combine that with the Bears special teams and the Colts weak defense, and it doesn't look good for the Colts.

The Colts wide receivers weren't hurting when they played the Ravens, why is it that they're going to be hurting against the Bears and they seemed to do enough to win against Ed Reed, Chris McAlister, Ray Lewis and Company. The Colts weak defense? Have you watched them in the playoffs? Their defense has been playing nasty, absolutely nasty.
So far in the playoffs, the Colts have done this against their opponents
The Chefs: 82 Yards passing, 44 yards rushing.
Ravens: 161 yards passing, 100 yards rushing
Patriots: 226 passing, 93 rushing
In the playoffs they have caused 6 turnovers.
But hey, their defense is weak. Colts win this game, no question.

I won't be surprised if the Bears do win this game.

They have that magic formula for winning championships, a tough D and a great running game. If Grossman can just be average and not give the game away, it could be a very close game.

I really don't think the Bears are getting enough credit. They're 15-3 and they just steamrolled the Saints and they're 7 point dogs??

The Ravens defense is good, but they are not even close to the Bears, IMO. The Bears defense is the most physical defense I've seen in a while.

226 yards passing, 93 yards rushing, 34 points, and 1 sack is your idea of a "nasty" defense? Get real.

And don't forget how good the Bear's special teams are, especially when compared to the fact that Indy just gave up something like 220 kick return yards this past Sunday.
Then again, Manning has two weeks to prepare for a defense that Tony Dungy basically helped develope. It's hard to have too many doubts in Colts' offense.

I like the Colts......I just can't see Rex Grossman holding that trophy.

Colts - 31

Bears - 21

I think the fact that Dilfer has a ring is much worse than if Rex gets one.
and further more

Why do professional atheletes shamelessly deliver praise to Jesus every time they win a significant confrontation. I mean, do you really think the Lord gives a shit about first downs and red flag challenges? Is the Lord up there in the Big Ol' Sky starin' at his Big Ass 1080i Hi Def Flat Screen Plasma LCD HD TV that he "totally doesn't even know what that means but he wants it". What if there isn't a Lord after all. What if the Lord that Jim Irsay is referring to is Lord Helmet from Spaceballs. Well I would comb the desert and while we're talking about sand, do you remember that shit about "Footsteps"...well I guess Jesus, needs to update that shit to read...""My son, my precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I helped Jim Irsay and the Colts defeat the Patriots, you selfish bastard. . My Son."

i'm surrounded by assholes
Haha. That's funny, but I think the Lord would have 1080p -- not 1080i. ;)
