Re: The NFL Player That You Were Most Impressed With After Week 1
AD- Adrian Peterson, and he hasnt even finished yet, that how a runninng back suppose to run, I said when he was a rookie, we should have traded Portis and our first rounder for Cleveland which i think they had the 3rd pick, this would have changed alot........

Re: The NFL Player That You Were Most Impressed With After Week 1
I'm not giving it to anyone on either of Pennsylvania's teams. Yeah, Fast Willie and Donovan looked great (Desean Jackson is a stud folks), but St. Louis and Houston have awful defenses. I don't think the Steelers or the Eagles are as good as they appeared yesterday, although I do think they're both playoff bound.
If I had to pick one guy it would be Michael Turner, but I'd like to tip my hat to the entire Falcons team. Left for dead before the year even started, Matt Ryan had a solid debut, they hung up 34 points, averaged over 8 yards per play, and have a good reason to hold their heads high heading into week 2. Good for them. |
Re: The NFL Player That You Were Most Impressed With After Week 1
I was impressed with the ATL but I have a feeling in a few weeks we'll see just how bad Detroit is, at least defensively.

Oh no doubt. The Lions D is about as strong as wax paper. But with a rookie head coach, a first time starting RB, a rookie QB, and a team that overall everyone thought would be the league's whipping post, the Falcons played very well. How Matt Millen STILL has a job is one of the biggest travesties in the history of pro sports. Seriously. |
Re: The NFL Player That You Were Most Impressed With After Week 1
Imagine how Lions fans are feeling today? They probably had yesterday penciled in as an easy W. LOL

Reggie Bush......who we face this week.

Solid choice. He had a nice week, except for that fumble when he got jacked up. |
Re: The NFL Player That You Were Most Impressed With After Week 1
Reggie Bush for sure (plus he's on my fantasy team, thanks for the W), Matt Forte was impressive, I hate to give props to the Cowpunks but Romo looked really good yesterday, extremely accurate..

Eddie Royal is pretty damn good 6 rec. 81 yards on D.Hall & N. Asmougha in the first half.
