lol nahh not at all man! BUt seriously im not even sure what to say with all this, for all i know this could be a bunch of b.s, then on then on the other hand who knows!? I know this is has been brought up before, but its the only thing i can think of that is smiliar to this. Everyone said Haynesworth wasn't coming here and now he is. SO it could be the same two step with Cutler, and i wouldnt be surprised with Shanahan ethier considering our Front O's track record...

seriously im waiting for someone to say april fools...
this guy totally understands what I'm saying..only worded much much better

Well the Denver Post article seems legit, but is the writer in on the joke? Not saying it couldn't happen dude, but Danny would look like a toatl ass if he cut Campbell and Zorn after all the stuff that has been said this past offseason.

Seriously. I mean, after spending a year in Denver as Cutler's backup, there's no question Ramsey is better suited to run the WCO than Jason Campbell. Not to mention I hear the best solution to solve our LB issues is to bring Lavar, Trotter, and Armstead out of retirement and reunite the "best LB trio" in Skins history. Hail!

Yea and i was watching Nfl live and they were saying that Redskins are the major front runners right now for Cutler. BUt honestly i hope not, i want to stick with campbell and have draft picks with what we have and draft some damn young talent for our young deprivd team!!! lol

Still waiting for that aprils fools!!...o_O

Snyder's not stupid, but the problem comes if the Broncos say they are willing to take on Jason Campbell as the primary object in the trade. As soon as that happens, you can watch Bowlen start to suck draft picks out of Snyder, beginning with the 13th pick.

And if Denver doesn't want Campbell, then there's no way this trade gets done with us anyway. We may be interested, but if they don't like Campbell at least as much as we do, there's no way we outbid anyone else.

If it happens that we do get Cutler, Id hope we'd stick with Zorn.

Only way we are going to turn the corner even if JC doesn't get resigned after next season. Keep the picks, hope Jason does go against the trend with our previous young post Rypien Qbs and does indeed turn the corner so to speak. Even if he doesn't we can either try MR Hawaii out or draft one of the whiz kids coming out in 2010.

But notice how I'm exonerating Vinny from all blame here. He's not going to sign off on dealing Jason Campbell. Not going to happen. He has way too much football sense for that.

Any interest, perceived or real, is coming from sources close to Snyder, and over the head of Cerrato and Zorn who truly, legitimately believe these rumors are total B.S. At this point though, there's something to them, whether or not something gets done.

Unless that writer from the Denver Post is totally Bsing there looks like there is something going on. He mentioned that Denver would get back to back 1st round picks if the dealt with the Skins, but then he talked about the Jets, who he considered to have more to offer Denver. This is getting very interesting.

Wow, I read through two pages and it's only people defending themselves.

Anyway, that rumor is out there. So as far as I'm concermed, it's a legit discussion that warrants it's own thread. Now do I agree with the scenerio if it played out, I don't know. Two years ago I would have been on the Danny and Vinny don't know what they're doing bandwagon. But I'm not so sure that every short term move is a bad one.

That being said, I love Campbell and I think he and Zorn can make things happen here in D.C. But my heart wouldn't be broken if we shipped them off.

I think if --big if--you bring Cutler here, it makes it all the more appealing Mike S. comes along. I think that's all the original post was about.

You would think Snyder would learn by now. Everytime he has gone for the "sexy" pick or FA signing it always is a dismal bust.

I wouldn't be going off on people about this "April fools joke" of shannahan coming here that may sound ridiculous, but then again our franchise is known for making the ridulous happen...everything with the redskins is like this "April fools joke" bottomline don't call people stupid for something that really could happen just like how theredski a had no interest in cutler a week ago now we want to trade for him...
