The best part of this thread is we have a Dallas fan here talking about players taking responsibility for their actions. You might want to have that talk with JJ.
Actually, and hate to defend Dallas, they have done a very good job this off-season in getting rid of the bad eggs, and bringing in comparable players with less baggage.

Florio is a whiney little bitch. It has become extremely evident ever since he got all wound up over the CP VS. Zorn rumor; which he defended with unprofessional language and anger. I know that I am not one to talk, but I am not a so called "journalist" either.

I have a feeling that if he were a member of this site he would have been banned day one. Why people keep reaching out for his material and posting it on this site is beyond me. We all know he is going to say something retarded to get us wound up, so why even bother? If I were a mod, I would lock all threads that use PFT as the opening link and give a 1 week suspension to all members who post a PFT link in a thread.

The point they are TRYING to make is that it was his resposibility to REPORT all legal infractions because he was on probation. And that did not happen.

I think the point that they are trying to make is, if it were you or me that was on probabtion, and we failed to notify our probation officer of any legal infractions we would be thrown under the bus. But I think the author is trying to point out that simply because he is a celebrity, this was swept aside.

if you spend just a half day at any district co in moco or pg co you would see this all the time. so many minor offender cases fall thru the cracks every day, especialy on unsuper prob or PBJ or STET status. im actually think it is the other way around. that AH would be at a disadvantage b/c of his name recognition and that some low level PO would be watching AH's case more closely than his other average probationers.

ive seen plenty of reckless driving charges dropped b/c the officer doesnt show up. just spend a day in judge kim's courtroom.

go skins!!

From Redskins Insider:
Haynesworth Pleads No Contest

Washington Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth pled no contest this morning to reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor, and was given a three-month suspended sentence, according to Terry Wood, assistant district attorney of the 21st judicial district in Tennessee.

Haynesworth will be under three months supervised probation, will make a $5,000 donation to a charity and must also complete 25 hours of community service and an eight-hour defensive driving class.

The charges stem from a December accident in which another passenger was seriously injured. The second count, driving with an expired registration, was dropped.

Haynesworth will make a donation to 119 Frontline, a charity that provides counseling for firefighters, police officers and first responders, according to Wood.

So now that it is all resolved, is there any likelihood that Goodell will suspend AH for a game or two?

I don't think he violated the Player Conduct Policy here.

A fine if anything. He's didn't violate his probation, already paid restitution to the accident victim, shouldn't get anything from the league in terms of games.

Funny thing about this. The arresting officer who was also the head of a DUI task force, was arrested a couple of weeks ago for DUI.

Umm, can we get past the AH stomped on another players head? Even he admitted he was wrong and took his punishment, he even (recently) stated he left the Titans cause he felt the team could not get past the incident in how they treated him all the time. The least we could do is understand that he was a young rookie and immature and has not done anything remotely close to that a second time. So lets chalk it up to a learning expierment. ;)

As for his recent indiscretions.......

I would rather have someone with a traffic incident then someone who has found a way to shoot himself in the leg because he didn't learn how to handle a gun properly or feels the need to carry one because he is scared of the rest of us....it screams of vigilante. Is he that bad of a character that he needs to carry a gun for protection? It was NY for cryin out loud. A cop on every corner.

I must admit it sounds like BIG AL may be a PUNK!!! I can't forget when he Stomped on Gurode, even though he is a COWGIRL. Hopefully this guy stays out of trouble considering Goodell is on a suspension spree.
I MUST ADMIT! If i was behind the wheel of a FERRARI I'd be speeding 2.Hell I'd be driving so fast i wouldnt be able to the speed limit let alone other vehicles.
