Re: Redskins Thumbs up and Thumbs down
Up: Tyron on the sack. If he can develop just a bit he'll be better than Smoot (not too hard, sadly).
Down: Fred Davis. Come on, son. Block. |
Re: Redskins Thumbs up and Thumbs down
I would like to thank the DC Pro Sports Report for that endorsement.
Doughty rules Byatches! |
Re: Redskins Thumbs up and Thumbs down
Glad to see Doughty play well and get his props. He used to be public enemy no. 1 around here a year ago, my how things change.

He is about the only one to play with fire consistently over the last few weeks. |

Down: Fred Davis. Come on, son. Block.[/quote] He might be better than Smoot right now. Thumbs up: Giving Portis 20+ carries Thumbs down: Failing to break 20 point AGAIN, and JC's three INTs. They were really bad decisions. I love how he responded in the second half, but those picks were awful. Aquib Talib = JC's daddy. |
Re: Redskins Thumbs up and Thumbs down
Anyone notice we ran right quite a bit today, that was good to see.
And in regard to Talib, I think JC and Moss got the last laugh. |

As long as JC is around I think he's got the public enemy title all locked up. |

Although holding our best receiver to two catches and picking off Campbell 3 times is a heckuva game, even if he did get toasted on that bomb. A better offense would have made us pay for those picks. I certainly didn't see anything out of this team that gives me any more confidence moving forward. It's still an ugly grind. But hey, a win is a win, and 2-2 is a lot better than 1-3. |

I remember it well. I don't think he'll be the last player on this team to make haters eat their words. |

Re: Redskins Thumbs up and Thumbs down
Thumbs Up
1.Redskins pull out the win after trailing by 10 points. 2.Redskins offense players Cooley,Moss,Portis,JC and O-Line in second half. 3.Defense for confusing Josh Joshnson and making him run the ball. 4.Defense allowing only 105 yards passing. 5. Defense players:London,Reed,Orakpo,Rocky,D.Hall, Horton ( FR),Jarmon (FF). 6. Hanyesworth playing through his injury. 7. Nice to see Tryon get on the field and make some plays. Thumbs Down 1.O-Line 1st Half no pass proptection and run blocking. 2. JC not running enough win pocket broke down. 3.WR not getting open ( Kelly, ARE,Thomas,). 4. Fred Davis nearly got Portis killed on his Wif block on Gaines Adams. 5. Carlos Rogers dropped INT which could have been returned for 6. 6.Rogers beat on TD pass. Contract year he still has not very good and he can't catch a Cold. |
