Re: Washington will be familiar with Cowboys going into opener
I think its a prerequisite for the cowboys to have either a coke habit, a criminal record, a prostitute mother, or u have to be willing to give Jerry Jones a BJ after every loss.

Or Haynesworth being a "deadbeat dad". Not paying his loans, not paying for his kids school, not paying for his wife and kids insurance and medical bills.
Or getting indicted for reckless driving that left an innocent man in a wheelchair. And then there is Santana Moss and his "alleged" use of illegal PED. Its a world gone mad. |
Re: Washington will be familiar with Cowboys going into opener
Hey, I think almost ALL of the people in this forum would agree with you on the Albert Haynesworth deal. Although, the Santana Moss thing......welllllllll, not really that much has come out yet, (but we are all pretty sure he took it). I'd rather him take Hgh than snort coke, or get caught smokin da weed like some other players, tho.......

Re: Washington will be familiar with Cowboys going into opener
I still don't get why you guys are talking about his type of HGH treatments like it was a PED.

Yeah, you are correct, cant argue that. But none the less, they WERE illegal substances, obtained illegally. Again, ALLEGED. And folks can always sling mud about players from 10 years ago, like Irvin. But he STILL is in the Hall of Fame, and he was elected there in a shorter time than Art Monk or Daryl Green. So obviously the Hall has overlooked transgressions of the past. |
Re: Washington will be familiar with Cowboys going into opener
That is true on the first part. However Irvin went in in 2007 after last playing in 1999. Green played last in 2002 and was inducted in 2008.

As far as Monk goes, he still had the longest standing ovation in hall induction history. the fans know the truth. |
