Not making excuses for Kelly but hamstrings can be tough. They are very prone to re-injury if you're not careful.

That is exactly why he needs to suck it up and play. I understand that Shannahan said that he doesn't want him to set himself back but after 2 weeks of a non serious injury, he has to gut it out and at least try to do something.

Hamstrings aren't something you can just suck it up and play through, he needs to be out there no doubt, but at the same time he needs to be right physically.

Matty if this were his first time trying to shake the injury bug I would have no problems. Right now I want them to hold him down and give him the needle. Some cortisone ought to do the trick.
