I don't know why I immediately thought of Anthony Alridge?

What gives?

You obviously don't use him for return duties right now. He's not quite ready for that.

But how many bombs have you seen that have been just off the fingertips in the last few weeks? Would they have been too far for Banks? He stretches the field as a receiver. All he needs to do is get one early and the coverage on Moss loosens up.

Let's just see how he's used.
All those guys are bigger than him. Jaskson is 5'10" and moss is 200lbs, Banks is 5'6" 150 lbs.
Darren Sproles is 5'6" 175lbs playing RB

Yeah If he takes a hit hes gonna fumble.....

Ill quote my High school coach for this though

"You can't hit what you can't catch" Yeah sure he'll cough up the ball if he gets nailed by someone....good luck catching this guy once he gets his hands on the ball though he's just TOO damn fast!

Play DT at WR he's a better game guy than a practice guy IMO watch the film.

In a forum full of homers, Ace in the House is how you say? Homerific? King Homer? Larry Michael? I kid I kid, on the last one at least. No one is a bigger homer then Larry Michael.

how do you post a new post on this website? Cant find a button to hit. I want to discuss why Carlos Rogers cant catch an F-ing football if his life depended on it. He has the worst hand in NFL history! The game should have been over instead of having to deal with a Hail Mary which the guy almost caught and as a Skins fan i thought he would.

Well first off you can't start a new thread until you have at least 10 posts I do believe, and secondly you'd probably be better just posting that thought in an already open thread. CR's hands is hardly a new topic, as we are all used to him dropping picks these past few seasons because it's just par for the course with him. Don't be so anxious to start a new thread, read around the board for a while because there's plenty of threads discussing the positives and negatives from the game on here.

Btw welcome to the boards, I hope you enjoy it here.

As for Brandon Banks, well he easily made a difference in this game but I want to see some consistency from him before I declare him the 2nd coming of Devin Hester.

Yeah, 49 times out of 50 you're better off posting in an existing thread. If your thought is worth a damn someone will quote it and a discussion will pick up from there. Take it from someone who's had plenty of thoughts that haven't been worth a damn. As a rule of thumb you probably shouldn't have more then 1 thread per 50 post.

The best threads are usually the ones that are based on a story, a game, or a general topic with a wide scope (for example the offense or even the offensive line. "Artis Hicks on third down when the wind is blowing east" isn't going to generate a lot talk.)

To be honest the "question that needs to be answered now" thread would have fit perfectly in the game day thread or better yet it would have served as a nice platform to discuss the negatives in todays game. I guess we're fortunate that we don't get a lot of those. I've seen some pretty cluttered forums and I'm more then happy to see how well maintained we are compared to others.

Relief.

We seem to be playing some roster games to activate certain players on a week-to-week basis...Banks was cut, then Keiland...one of these weeks we're going to lose one of these guys, especially as the season goes on and teams see what they can do...or just want a spy.

And probably be promoted to active roster very soon.
