Might be the worst football game ever for many:
Come on now Matty, Donovan a Pro Bowl QB having to get up to speed? I am starting to understand why the Eagles took the gamble and traded him. He still looks like he has something left in the tank, but he is almost Brunell like.
He's not even close to Brunell like. And when you spend 11 years in one system it does take a while to get it going. If you are right-handed and all of a sudden I tell u to write with ur left, you wont be scoring A's in penmanship right off the bat are you? |

McNabb can still push the ball down the field with authority. Nothing is wrong with his arm. |

Not buying this system BS. Missing open wr's and throwing the pick for a TD has nothing to do with getting use to a new system. |
Best: Not trading two first-round picks for Jay Cutler
He was flat out awful yesterday. Bears are regretting that trade. |
Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
I give my game ball to Cutler, he did his utmost to help the Skins win. Its obvious the Bears have hitched their wagon to the wrong QB.

Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
I actually though it was a damn exciting game to watch and Mcnabb Haters need to shut up! This team would be 2-5 with JC so chill the hell out.. SMH

Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
Best:
Defense as a whole. Saw a couple of bone-head plays. RAK pissed me off when get caught off-sides twice on the same drive. But, Dhall was a beast. Worst, Anyone with involvement with the offense. Are you serious? I don't know if it's the scheme or the players, but it's not getting executed. |

Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
When Hunter Smith was punting out of bounds away from Hester, did anyone else think the officials were being a little ridiculous with their spots? It was almost like they were deliberately penalizing the Skins for not punting to him. Seriously, the officials were running sometimes 15 or 20 yards away from where the ball appeared to go out of bounds.

Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
McNabb was bad but he wasn't Cutler-horrible. He made some nice throws. Had Armstrong not dropped that wide open deep pass we might be talking about a different game. Our Oline was horrible and didn't give him much time and i think he got a little jumpy. W/ a better...decent oline McNabb will play alot better.

Re: Redskins-Bears, Best and Worst
Worst was McNabb seeming to panic in the pocket
Best (aside from Hall) was watching Orakpo cause HAVIC and chase down Cutler |

The spots seemed generous but it's tough to see where exactly the ball goes out on TV. |

The Eagles offense was not that different from the offense McNabb is running now, so it really isn't a system thing. Donovan has been missing some wide open receivers. Of course he has also been having a lot of his on target passes dropped as well. It is just going to take time. |
