I'm the same way, I like those guys who are gonna be die hard skins. I mean, Champ was never a bad guy or anything, he had skill and never caused trouble, but he didnt wanna be here so oh well.

it was clear he was not going to be part of the solution,that made him part of the problem.so we had to say goodbye to the best coverman in the league,we'll get over it.portis is one hell of a back,who could easily have back to back seasons with this offense.i say they got screwed not us.

I think somebody here said something to the effect of "look at it this way, we're getting Portis for a second rounder". Champ was going to go anyway, so all that needed to be discussed was compensation, and our comp is a 1500 yard, 22 year old who could light up defenses under Gibbs.
