Re: 2013 Hall of Fame Class
Charles Mann should be in. Mann Up HOF!

Re: 2013 Hall of Fame Class
Clark - yes I should know better people are always putting an E at the end of my name too.
Manley - how come LT is in and Manley isnt? They both had cocaine problems - LT gets put in movies and the HOF and Manley gets put in rehab. Dexter Manley was probably my favorite Skins player besides 44 when I was younger. What a beast! |

Marshall, Dent, Bruce Smith, Chris Doleman - D-end was stacked in his day - but anyway I agree - pro bowl is silly. Had 103 sacks in his career - I might have to get a Manley jersey as a matter of fact! lol |

Re: 2013 Hall of Fame Class
I posted about the Bucs game because it's the one on the schedule and the top two posts on the forum when I signed up. And if you don't dislike Raheem Morris...I'd like to know why not. This defense was practically top 10 against the pass last year and now they're DEAD LAST in the league. Burke posted about it earlier today over on the Post website. And then I see a post about how Morris should be the DC...and the same guy saying he "has some experience running the 3-4" and I want to shoot myself seeing such nonsense.
Add in the fact that the team should be 3-0 but isn't and our two best defenders are lost for the season, so yeah, my posts aren't going to be about how great it is to be a Skins fan right about now.
honestly.... NO LANDRY, NO ATOGWE this year, lol. |
honestly....
NO LANDRY, NO ATOGWE this year, lol.
Landry hardly played though and atogwe isnt even employed rite now i dont think. Didnt he get cut by the birds? |

I liked him when he first came up. Thought him and taylor would be cornerstones of our d for years to come. Shit certainly happens. Came to look at landry as a guy that just wanted to make big hits and didnt half half a brain to realize when his lust for being on sports center was detrimental to the team. Greedy me me me guy. Also was never good in coverage. Would he be an upgrade now - sure But he had to be gone. |
I just saw the list for the first time.
Jacoby, Clarke and Beathard as a contibutor. Probably not going to happen but how great would that be!
Isn't JKC on the list also ? |
Isn't JKC on the list also ?
Yes. Im Not sure how i feel about him as a person. |
Re: 2013 Hall of Fame Class
didn't know where to put this, just more praise for don hutson's play.
i averaged the top 100 receivers' stats (top 100 by receptions) for 1942 and for 2011. hutson had 7.9% of the recs, 9.4% of the yards, and 16.3% of the touchdowns. compare to wes welker in 2011, 2% of the recs, 2% of the yards, and 1.8% of the touchdowns. welker's 2011 numbers @ hutson's 1942 rates: 479 recs, 7,295 yards, and 80 tds. hutson was head and shoulders above his peers and light years ahead of his time |

I agree, plus I think the horrible stadium he built shouldn't help his chances. |
