I cant believe most or all of us are predicting 30 points for the skins! LOL It's been a long time coming
LOL, wasn't it just a couple of years ago and the previous 10-15 yrs we couldn't break 20 points? The team really needs to get both sides of the ball working well. I'm so tired of only having one side somewhat pulling their weight. |
Re: Skins vs Bucs predictions
Redskins 28 Bucs 24
Bonus predicition: First offensive play for the Skins RG3 and Cousins are in huddle. Cousins under center with RG3 out wide to show his olympic caliber track speed. Confused Bucs D leaves Santana wide open for an open 80 yd TD strike. |

What I mean is, how often after a Redskin score do you feel like the D is just gonna get walked over, or after a good D stop, the O won't take advantage of it. Somehow when one side of the ball does good, the other needs to rally and step up their play. That's how you get 41-10 scores. |

Banks as a WR outside R of the formation. Paulson Tight to the Right side, Garcon(or)Hankerson and Robinson split out to the left. Options 1: Direct snap to Griffin starts to the Right, and Banks comes around for the possible reverse pitch or Griffin keeps. 2: Direct snap to Griffin, all receivers go out, Griffin has option to pitch to Cousins, Keep and Throw deep or end around 3: Direct snap to Cousins, RGIII goes to backfield Right side receives a backward pass from Cousins and throws deep to Garcon, or Cousins keeps and throws to Paulson or Banks on the right. I have no clue if any of this would work, but in my mind it was amazing! |

When the D DOES finally make a plan, the Offense doesn't seem to take advantage of it. When Wilson recovered that fumble against the Bengals, we should have AT LEAST gotten a field goal from that drive. Instead, it was a disappointing 3 and out. First play should have been a bomb to the end zone. |
Re: Skins vs Bucs predictions
I think the Skins will do well against teams that struggle to score. The shoot out thing ain't working.
Skins 28 Bucs 14 |

Well I'm down to Matty by 1 so this week we bounce back and we kick a little Tampa ass.

According to Coach Mike Shanahan, wide receiver Pierre Garcon was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. Garcon has missed two games because of a foot injury. Garcon said he felt better but he did not know yet if he will be able to play in Tampa. |

Heres an article to answer you:
Garçon limited in Wednesday practice - Rich Tandler's Real Redskins
Garçon cut hard and ran routes during the first half hour of Wednesday’s session, which is the only part of practice that's open to the media. Last week, he did little more than stretch and jog during the open portion of practice.
|

Re: Skins vs Bucs predictions
Ryan Grant may get a bunch of playing time if he's healthy because they will need him for pass protection. The Bucs got to Romo last week. The Redskins can't let that happen this week and I predict they run less option plays this week, and run more rolling pass plays instead. They're going to test the Bucs secondary that R. Morris is very familiar with.
