I still want Dri Archer on this team to make opposing defenses shit on themselves.

The idea of RG3, Garcon, Morris, Jackson, Archer, Reed, and Roberts. that is scary fast and skilled.
Remember we have Chris Thompson who is very fast . He could be a 3rd down back at times .

At #34 we better take the best available player on the board. This pick should be a player that can either start or contribute from day 1. We do need a RT or another D-Lineman that can pressure the pocket from the middle. Our defense needs to much better for us to be a contender this year. Why should we even take a WR in this draft unless it's in the 6th or 7th rd. We need to find a LB to take London's spot . Robinson has to stay healthy this year or he needs to go .

No trading down please. I want thee best rt/rg available. Unless there is an unexpected primo ILB/safety/cb sitting there. Oline/ILB/secondary. In that order. We have some young db's that im anxious to get a better look at this year.
Edit: Seantrel Henderson. Thats my sleeper pick. If this guy gets his head on straight he could be a dominant RT in this league.

He can't be worse than Rocca. Anyone on ST to replace the team from last year is welcome.

Chris Thompson barley saw the field as a Redskin and was injury prone at Florida State. I don't much stock in him at all.

He could be a very good weapon, but I'm afraid we're always going to be saying, "If only he could stay healthy..." He couldn't stay on the field at FSU, so why would that change in the NFL? Don't think it's far-fetched at all that Gruden will draft a versatile RB type. After all, he and Allen apparently had interest in trading a draft pick for Sproles.

We better not draft a rb. And who cares about Thompson. Arent Morris and Helu good enough?

Has he ever punted in the NFL? I agree though Rocca was TERRIBLE.

If our secondary is just a little bit better than last year, and if our RT is just a little bit better than last year, we will win the NFC East. This offseason, I believe, is the best offseason that the redskins have had in over 15 years. Time for RG3 to put it all together and rule this league.

With Hatcher our secondary is bound to cover just a little more ground

Re: The post major FA moves Draft Thread

I think it's a bit too early to say we'll win the NFC East, as we don't have a good enough idea yet of how good a Head Coach Jay Gruden really is. He may be Jim Zorn, or he may be Sid Gillman, or even Joe Gibbs. Our offensive skill players rank among the top in the league, and the defense ought to be at least solid with a better pass rush, but the Head Coach is still a huge unknown. After training camp and the preseason, we'll have a much better idea. But right now, he's only as good as David Shula. Plenty of good OC's have became HC's, only to fail miserabley; hopefully, Gruden is completely on the other end of the spectrum.
