Working someone out is often a formality. Means nothing most of the time.
You don't spend even a 7th round pick on camp bodies. Camp bodies get signed off the street. Seattle could have done something different with that draft pick.
Pryor is not the only personnel error made by Pete Carroll. In fact, if you see what Carroll has done bringing in QB's (Matt Flynn, anyone? Tarvaris Jackson?), Russell Wilson looks more like "even a blind squirrel finds a nut" luck and less like a stroke of personnel genius.
Percy Harvin. |

I was focusing on QB's but, yup, Carroll shot himself in the foot big time with Harvin. |

De Sean Jackson clearly better than Pierre.

Not a better blocker. DJax has hurt Alfmo. |

I disagree. Jackson takes safeties out the box. Don't want a blocking Josh Morgan want a deep threat that can actually catch and score. |

DJax has been outstanding. |

I think DJax is faster and a better route runner, but Garcon is still a threat. Its a wonder other teams haven't tried doubling Djax and thus opening up Garcon. I hate that his numbers have suffered so much. |
Re: Bye Week Thread
They are both very good, and I hope they are both on the team next year when we are ready to win games! (I feel like i have said that so many times but it always feels so rite in the midst of the season before)

Re: Bye Week Thread
Looks like Kyle Shanny has the Browns offense rolling. Maybe this is what happens when you have a QB who is coachable.

This recent roll they are on has seen them beat the likes of Cincy, Tenn, Tampa, and Oakland. They had a good win against Pitt in there. In that Pitt victory Hoyer was 8 of 17 for 200 yards. They also put up 6 points against the Jaguars. Not sure how much of their success is due to The Kyle and Brian show. |

Hoyer is playing all right, i really dont see him as rolling. He has a good stable of running backs to work with... |
