I think Spencer's teams play keeps him on the roster

Either Roberts or Ross get traded, could they have been showcasing Ross? I say trade Roberts if possible and gain some cap space.

Roberts would actually cost us cap space if we were to cut or trade him this year. Next year we can move on from him with a savings, but not now.

Duke Ihenacho has won the Redskins' starting strong safety job.

He beat out Jeron Johnson, who was signed as a free agent after spending the first four years of his career in Seattle. Ihenacho is a "box" safety who started 14 games for the 2013 Broncos. He missed most of last season with a broken heel.
