Shottenhiemer from 0-5 to 5-5 ? Stsrted with the Arringtin pick 6? I think thats the one. The bonus round i cant think of without googling but I'd want to say the year of 99.
Pretty much what i was thinking but u r right about 0-5 to 5-5. Not sure if that is the correct answer but i had the schotty record wrong. |
Re: Skins @ Lions pregame thread
What is with all the negative boo-sheet I've been reading here? You mean to tell me we can't beat the fearsome 3-3 Dee-troit Pussy Cats? Pul-eese! Spare me the angst. We're going to run them out of their own stadium.
Redskins 34, Detroit 17 |
Re: Skins @ Lions pregame thread
Reed on Tuesday went for another checkup with an independent doctor and received permission to begin practicing in a limited capacity. The Redskins will not know until later this week about Reed’s availability for Sunday’s game at Detroit.
Meanwhile, rookie inside linebacker Su’a Cravens, who missed Sunday’s game with a concussion of his own, also practiced on Wednesday. But Cravens didn’t wear a noncontact jersey. He practiced in a limited role last week, but didn’t receive clearance to play. Tight end Derek Carrier has spent all of the season on the physically-unable-to-perform list, but now is allowed to begin practicing in hopes of being activated to the 53-man roster. However, on Wednesday, Carrier worked on a side field, running routes and catching passes from a member of the Redskins’ training staff, as he has for many days in recent weeks. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/football-insider/wp/2016/10/19/jordan-reed-practicing-in-yellow-non-contact-jersey/ News is better than I expected for the first day of practice. Would love to see Cravens this week. I didnt even know we retained Carrier this year. Why him over Paulson? |
Re: Skins @ Lions pregame thread
a couple of negative nancy moments:
Detroit somehow always finds a way to get under the skins skin. They won't be an easy win by any stretch. Breeland is going to have his make or break game. I have to believe the other nfl teams have watched this year and know he isn't the same corner as last year. With norman playing lights out, stafford is going to go mercilessly at breeland. If he steps up, it will be a huge statement game. If he continues to struggle, it will be a looonng afternoon. This game should be a eye opener to the rest of the league about our offense. If we don't put up over 35, it will be because gruden took his foot off the gas and lacks aggressiveness in point accumulation. Something i have disliked about him for the past 2 years. when was the last time the redskins won 5 in a row? Does anyone know without google? It's a rough one this week, not because we can't win it, but more so because detroit is just enough of an enigma to the skins that we probably won't win.
2012. |
Re: Skins @ Lions pregame thread

Usually I would say leave it alone...but jay put it great. Good job. And lastly, fuck Stephen a smith. He's just a typical, whining philly fan who pissed days later we put a spanking on those twats. |

Was looking good last year before his injury. Will be a good force for special teams and as a flex. |

Called the organization loser and hasn't been relevant in 20 years. Some of it he is right but don't call this current team losers. They obviously are not. Bmitch went off on him |
