They'll beat Miami,but then what??? we're looking at-2-14-the other victory...maybe the Jets...maybe!!!!
Darnold has been out and will be back soon and some new guys are still trying to mesh. The Jets are probably the best of the 4 winless teams and probably will be much improved by the time the Redskins play them. |
Burn it all down! Down to the ground! I believe if the 'skins lose to Miami, we are set to go 0-16. Never in my wildest days would I have ever believed this franchise would reach such lows. But, how fitting it would be for such lows to be reached with Snyder as owner and Allen as GM.
That was the Giants problem when they canned Coughlin , they didn't can Reece and let him hire McAdonothing . Then they fired both of them and had to start from scratch.A full blown rebuild . |
Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27806068/washington-redskins-miami-dolphins-battle-week-6-winless-bowl
Redskins: Some fans would probably like 0-16 because it might be the only way to get the changes they desire. The Redskins would have the No. 1 pick and might get a front office led by someone other than team president Bruce Allen. But, it's so difficult to recover from 0-16 -- and a team that finds itself in this abyss might not be one that can climb out. It would also destroy the team's belief that it has a good young talent base, making it more challenging to attract a good coach I'm going Miami 23-20 |
Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
Colts turned out alright after the "Suck for Luck" season.

Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
I heard somewhere Miami has the worst point differential ever in the modern area after 4 games. Their off season moves scream complete tear down and rebuild to the point of going in tank mode. I think if it looks like they have a chance at winning Flores will yank Rosen and put the punter in at QB.
Keenum throws for 350 yards with 4 TDs and 4 INTS and loses a fumble, but Redskins win 28-14. Enjoy the victory folks, the next one will be a long time coming, probably next season in fact. |
Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
10-10 tie going to be a longtime before a win happens

How ironic that Luck is not even on the team anymore, or in the league. |
Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
We're (unfortunately) going to win this game easily as the Dolphins move 1 step closer to the # 1 pick. But they're taking a QB so as long as we get # 2 we should be able to get a great player or a lot of good trade options.
We need the Jets and Bengals to start winning. |
Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
Who cares? There is no good reason to watch...and yet ill probably tune in.

Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
Skins are bad, Dolphins are awful. Skins should find a way to win this battle of the losers 20-17 or so.

That is something I have struggled to understand. Like everyone else, I am really fed up with Snyder, and I want to stop watching Redskins games from now on and yet I keep watching it. Only connection to Redskins I have is my family, they are the reason why I decided to root for Redskins when I started watching football when I was a kid. I have tried to find different teams to root for, Texans or Chargers were the teams I tried to root for but I always find myself going back to Redskins. It's just really weird.. |
Re: Skins / Phins = Battle of the Bad
I'm not convinced the skins will best anyone. I'm reminded of Howard sterns "private parts" when I watch a game anymore. "
