Well hey neighbor. I am from Linclnton, NC. About 25 miles from you. I am sure you know where it is because there is always a good HS game when those two play. :cheers
Hey man, I didn't know you were so close... I live in Cherryville (about 12 minutes away)

To the Skins fans, good luck in the game... Here's hoping for a good game for both teams, without any injuries. And about that bad Panther fan, I guess we all have one or two of those. And we would be happy to have you stop by Panthersfanz.com. Seems there are a few there who have a RedSkins past.

Hey guys, I'm also an old Skins fan. You ask how someone can just switch, Every since I was a kid I wanted a home state team and many years later we got one.I still pull for the Skins, thats something I will never stop doing(except when they play us). My favorite all time player is and always will be John Riggins. If any of ya check out our board you will see a Panthers jersey in my avatar. The number on that jersey is#44, and thats because Riggins will always be the MAN.I just hope for a safe game between us and that we both RULE our divisions this year.

wow, we've been invaded :)

good luck to the panter fans, we'll talk after the game :)
gibb i probably going to go ultra conservative and our O may look horrible again :( hopefully it doesn't carry into the season though.
our D should give you guys a challenge, but we've got a million nagging injuries right now (#2,3, and 5 cbs have been in and out, #1 DT, #1 LB, etc).

I don't know why he should go ULTRA conservative, I mean isn't our "hand going to be tipped" after the first game?

pretty much, i'm not a fan of it either, but considering we were ultra conservative last preseason and through the entire year, i'm not sure we're going to be able to change that overnight :( even though it was just a scrimmage, the longest completion for the skins was 16 yards.

I'll take more from this weekend's preseason game. I mean if Orton can throw for damn near 200 yards, Ramsey can too.

Only difference is that Orton did against the 3rd stringers. But I agree, we'll see how Ramsey does against Carolina and then judge him from there. I have a feeling that he might step up and play a good game.

I surely hope so... We sure aren't getting any easier on the defenses we're playing.

Ravens, Carolina, Steelers...

i know you were kidding but
i love that in the preseason, play good teams when it doesn't count and learn then rather than later. When we see Ramsey do good we will know it is legit when playing good D's, but if he does bad we will have that excuse even if it isn't the real reason he is doing bad(which is a negitive)

I sure hope so. Our Defense needs to be put through the paces so we can get any weaknesses worked out early. I can't stand a dull football game, even if it is preseason. Here's to an exciting and injury-free game!

here's hoping we provide an O with some life for our sake too ;) I can guarantee it won't be dull with our D on the field at least.
