Re: Brunell is a Different Quarterback
By just watching Brunell move and pass, I just think Brunell would be the better starter. Almsot all of his passes have perfect spiral, his footwork is neat.
But it's Gibbs' decision and I'll support whoever he chooses. |
Re: Brunell is a Different Quarterback
RF, it's true that Gibbs isn't infallible. However, what the preseason has shown me at least is that Brunell still has some gas left in the tank. He's a serviceable backup who can step into the starting role in a pinch without the offense really missing a beat. And that's just fine with me. It's a lot more than most even thought Brunell could offer.
TAFKAS, I wholeheartedly agree with your above post. I just don't want to see Brunell come into the starting lineup until at least week 6 (and preferably never). |
Re: Brunell is a Different Quarterback
I think Musgrave coming to the 'Skins has also helped Brunell's comfort level within the offense and with the organization as a whole.
Did anyone else notice how the two of them were grabassing on the sidelines when Ramsey was in? Then when Campbell went in, Ramsey joined the two of them. I think I even saw them all making out together at one point. |
