Skins 24

Broncos 17

Moss has a big day, and Portis runs for 125 yds and a TD.

I really don't think Denver will score that much. Skins 17/13 to Broncos 7.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4

Broncos 15, Redskins 12

Elam hits a 45 yarder in the last 10 seconds to win it. Defensive battle, as neither team can get it going. Brunell and Plummer both throw 2 picks, and Anderson and Portis stuggle to get 80 yards. Novak misses a long FG early in the game.

Just glad this 4:15 game comes when there's a holiday the next day, so I can get ripped and not worry having to get up for work.

OF COURSE WE WILL WIN......14-10, I DONT THINK DENVER IS ALL THAT.

A proposed offensive game plan

Start out with some play-action passes just to set the Broncos back on their toes in the 1st quarter. Make sure to hit receivers other than Moss and the TEs, especially since Champ vs. Santana represents a problem. In the 2nd and 3rd quarters, grind it out on the ground with runs and a few passes to keep 'em honest. In the 4th, when their biting on the run, throw a long pass to Moss or Patten as the back-breaker.

We are a mirage my friends. We will still finish with an 8-8 record (at best).
Please don't refer to me as your friend. I don't get down with your attitude. But if over the next two weeks, we take atleast one, I will be very happy. Two hard road games.

Just a figure of speech man. Chill out. I, and the rest of the media, think we are a team that might finish slightly above .500. Just because I pick us to lose doesn't mean I am not a fan. I just know reality when I see it. We were 72% on 3rd downs last week. Won't happen again. Denver has shut down some elite RB's so far including LT.....and held ole Jacksonville to 11 yards rushing. I don't see much to be too positive about so I thought that we might lose this game my friend.

The reality is we are 3-0 and we find a way to win.

You must be great at parties.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4

I do believe the Denver game will be more difficult to win compared to the KC game. KC has no D, denver on the other hand has been shutting down the run. But it comes down to field position and the composure of the QB. I give that to Brunell. He is not going to force something that isn't there. And we all know Jake is going to make a mistake or two. The key is we have to make them pay for it. We need to create some pressure, contain the outside so he cant to alot on the run. Pressure up the middle, DE contain the sides and force him up in the pocket to get blasted or forced a bad throw. This will happen, Springs or Taylor will have a pick sunday. maybe even our rookie, Carlos. they run an offense similiar to Seattle, so we have some experience shutting it down.

Do you have a point?? I made some valid ones as to why I think Denver is a better football team than us...expecially at Mile High. And, yes, maybe we have found a way to win early in the season. But I need to be convinced that we can play and beat a solid Football team on the road before I start really getting excited.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4

to be a Resksins fan means you think they can win every game. We are all realistic in knowing they have stunk for a LONG time. But to be 3-0 with an early win IN DALLAS and a tough hard fought game with Seattle you have to believe we can beat just about anyone. Our D is playing solid. there has been a visible improvement with the overall offensive output. Things are going our way, remember last year, Dallas got the last second TD over Taylor, well its our turn with Moss beating Williams. Field goals beating us, well this year they aren't, they are hitting the uprights. Like most of us Redskins fans outhere, we all believe we will win this week and next. We are not no pesamistic this year. GET ON THE WAGON DUDE!!!!!

Good post man. I just want to temper any excitment I might have until later in the season. I'm a fan....make no mistake. I'm on the wagon. I just don't feel good about this weekends game. I still feel we have a long way to go to be a playoff team....thats all man. I do feel better about the KC game but they will be coming off a bye. These next two games will be an early test to see if we are a playoff caliber team.
