His arse is Gibbs come half. They probably would have gone for it on 4th, but come on.

Nice D. Not a gimmee field goal.

Re: Redskins at Giants game thread

I stand corrected. We need to score again b4 the half. Let's go big return.

Big points and the ball to start the second. Unlike the first game, even though we didn't score a TD, we still hold old mo. Like the running. Will open up the Gstring D even more.

Not a bad half.

Hi, I just wanted to check in here and introduce myself as a new member. I grew up in VA as a Redskins fan and have spent my adult life in Houston. So I am first of all a Texans fan, but that does not conflict too much with my early life. Unless the Redskins are playing the Texans, I root for you. I'm thrilled to see the Skins playing well against the Giants today.

Gotta love the series of draws we ran in the last drive.

landry needs to get his head out of his ass, team needs to fine him for those kind of plays.Officials need to get their head out their ass also, the first 2 plays at the goal line before the half were pass interference.Gibbs mismanagement of the clock again is getting sickening.ok,enough of the bitching, were looking pretty good, especially the way collins started the game, now we have to hold them

That landry taunt was beyond stupid.
I do agree the refs are missing some calls, but that is typical of this kind of game. Gibbs is not killing us with clock management, granted he could be better, but he's not hurting us.

Don't know if I agree with clock mismanagement comment. If we stop the clock, it gives the G-Duds a chance to catch their breath. I think 21 sec was enough time. We need to execute. If we do, we will be fine. Can understand your frustration.

alright, this is where we blew it in the first matchup, so let's keep up the good work guys...we're on our way to the playoffs.

no he isnt killing us,theres no telling if it hurt us that time or not,I'm just tired of the clock mismanagement almost every game, its beyond ridiculous for a hof coach to have this problem

I agree, We didn't need to let them rest to be honest 3rd & Goal they should have ran another draw up the middle they left it wide open again.

The Texans??? Only steers and queers come from...nah man, I'm just kidding. Welcome to the site.
You do need to come back to your senses and come back to the skins. There is always room for the Texans at #2. LOL.

OK...I deserve that comment...so how about this, why bother going for 2 so early when it's not needed?

He's been inconsistant for a while now though. Not just today.

But I'll take the fact that he's not missing the FG's.

kick the extra point gibbs too early in the game to go for two.

I guess Gibbs figured that regardless of what happened, the Giants still need to score 3 td's to beat us. So either way, we still have the advantage.
