Exactly, and if you don't want Nelson, take Fitzpatrick |

I'll 2nd your agreement. It does give them a flyer for going for the most physically gifted QB in the draft, Allen. Barkley at # 1 and Allen at #4 on the bench learning for at least a year, sounds solid imho. |

Honestly hope they have success with Tyrod, always wished for him to do well because VT isn't known for their qb's (other than Vick). And if Tyrod plays good then that means Allen or whoever can ride the bench for more than one year (which would be ideal for the Browns). I just hope Tyrod has the right mentality, if he thinks his career is doomed because it's the Browns he won't last long there. |

Surprised this hasn't made the rounds yet. Full disclosure, idc that Beckham smokes pot (pro-legalization guy here who thinks the NFL should embrace medical marijuana, and stop pushing painkillers, and also treat it like the NBA/NHL, where a positive test means a fine instead of suspension). But I do think it's hilarious he can't find some hoes that would be smart enough to not film him while he's making questionable decisions. Come on man, these hoes ain't loyal lol. |

Tyrod is not a great NFL qb, but he's far and away the best QB they've had there in a while. And he seems like a solid leader and great teammate. Cleveland is way better today than they were yesterday. All you can ask for, if a Browns fan. |
Re: Around the NFL Off season thread 2.0
a 4th and a 7th for Landry? I would have had to consider that trade
|
Re: Around the NFL Off season thread 2.0
The Tyrod Taylor trade is really good for us:
The Bills now have 2 picks in each of the first 3 rounds, and they HAVE to pick a QB. We could make them pay for our 13th pick. But they also could want to trade even higher up, depending on what happens in FA with teams drafting ahead of us. |

Re: Around the NFL Off season thread 2.0
If the Bills want a Top 10 pick, they may find that the teams they are talking to may not want to drop all the way down to #21 or #22 in a trade. So, if the Skins are amenable, the Bills could first trade with the Skins for #13 and then trade with another team to get an even higher pick. They have enough picks to pull that off.

I really don't understand how and why teams trade with the Pats. A young 24-year old defensive player and a 5th round pick for next year's 3rd round? I would have asked for this year's 3rd round at the least. |

Depends on how many and what picks they are willing to give up. I know the Giants are one of the teams talking to them. |

It's way too expensive to go from #$21 to #2. Buffalo would be better off hoping their target slips outside the Top 10 and then making a move. If that doesn't happen, they can go to Plan B. |

$5M bonus, so I’m guessing the rest of the contract is mostly bogus

NFL.com had a breaking news bar at the top that just stated the Dolphins are likely to release Suh -- this guy just doesn;t seem to stick anywhere. He's not worth the headache IMO but for the right price would you add him to our front 7 and how well do you think he would impact the D ?

Lol yes it's fake news. This news is circulating on instagram; apparently same person even created a rumor about Steelers trading Bell to Browns.

I don't see why Seattle wouldn't want him back... Maybe the injury concerns. That list also links us to Navarro Bowman, I'd assume if we can't lock ZB |
