SF.. basically the way you see things #14 is a made man. He is beyond criticism. He's not moving the offense. Sure there are other factors but when the back-up comes in and moves the team and gets #17 the ball you have to wonder.

SF is just hoping we found a QB like all of us were after 3-6 weeks into this season. I also thought we found a great OC. Now after a full season we have not found either. Sam should still get a shot next year but EB can kick rocks.

Which is why I'm more of a fan of trading back and stockpiling picks. The only way I'm standing pat in the top 3-4 is if whoever is the new decision-maker thinks the franchise QB is on the board and it makes sense to take him there.

I don’t see him coaching again either.
One and done HCs go back to a coordinator role. Ron is a tenured HC. Hes also aged about 20 years in the last 4. Hope he takes time for himself.
