You didn’t hear Lattimore’s name a lot last night. Here’s why:
1 Target 0 catch 0 yards
He balled out last night. Definitely a huge, but not much acknowledged, part of the win last night. |
Re: Keeping the dream alive post game thread
I am still in disbelief to be honest. I don't know how to feel, just sitting here waiting to see who we will play in the NFC championship game, with a chance to go to the Super Bowl. It's just not computing right now. The hardest part for me to understand is, we could be in this position for several years with the quarterback we now have. It's just fucking unbelievable.

Every NFC team has made a Conference Championship game this Century except…..
The Dallas Cowboys |
It really reminds me of the Falcons super bowl against the Patriots, when Kyle was more in-love with his playbook than knowing situational football.
I remember that. All the Falcons had to do was call three straight runs and kick a FG, game over and they're SB champions. |

Cosmi will be sorely missed. He has been solid this year!

Re: Keeping the dream alive post game thread
I was expecting an FA signing since Sunday, so they must be confident in the guys they have? Scott did well Sunday, but Philly are another story.

Re: Keeping the dream alive post game thread
I wonder if Cornelius plays RT and Wylie moves to Guard?

Re: Keeping the dream alive post game thread
Who did Lattimore cover most of the game or was it just a side of the field?

doubt there's a guy sitting at home right now that could do a better job than one of our guys that's been on the team all year. Plug in Scott and go, they'll have a plan B just in case but Scott has earned the start IMO. |

I didn't pay full attention to Lattimore whole game but every time I checked, he was on the same side of the field so I think he stayed on one side all the way. |

According to Keim, Lattimore stayed on one side and covered whoever what there. |
Re: Keeping the dream alive post game thread
I'm sure Lattimore wants to show the last time out against Philly was a fluke

Yeah I was thinking more about depth for the next 1 or 2 games. Assume Cosmi will go on IR? |

Nice, so basically he shut down an entire side. Excellent. |
