Collins form Kansas, Nicks, Nebraska, Scheuning OR. St., Pollack, they would all be good for us.
How about these guys as starters? |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Could any of those guys be ready to start?
Under Bugel? Heck, you could start Seriously though, yeah I think Schuening for example is every bit as good as Rachal and could start. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
On a positive note it looks like there are still some quality d-lineman worthy of a 2nd round pick. Campbell. Moore. Laws.

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I don't think we need an OL starter out of this draft, just some quality depth to develop for the future.

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I still think Limas Sweed is gonna be the best WR from this year's class, but you can't complain about Devin Thomas at 34. Todd McShay thinks Thomas will be a bust, but we shall see.
I like having 3 second round picks. |

Is Schuening a G or OT? Do we need to grab him in the 2nd or will he fall into tomorrow? |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I think Hardy is a guy to watch in the NFL, I wanted him before the way the draft unfolded.

We'll need a starter if any one of last year's starters go down, and between Kendell, RT and JJ that seems more probable than not (I mean at least 1 of those three). You probably think I'm pessimistic but I hated last year's o-line mess. I'll be very nervous if we enter the season w/o an infusion of talented youth on the line. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
We should go after another reciever if sweed or kelly drops
