Grossman looks like everytime hes ready to throw hes trying to pull back when hes in his motion. He has to be more difinitive and put some mustard on the passes.

Rex is having a problem getting the ball out. He has had two passes in the last two drives, one that picked, that came out like a lame duck. Really flat.

I feel like Rex has poor QB awareness in terms of checking his receivers. It seems rare that he can unlock himself from his intended receiver and look at the others.
