Death comes in threes. Hulk Hogan died today, at 71. He died from cardiac arrest. He's the third big name death.

RIP Chuck Mangione.

Two-time Grammy-winning musician Chuck Mangione has died at the age of 84.

His attorney confirmed to NBC affiliate WHEC that Mangione died in his sleep Tuesday, July 22, at his home in Rochester, New York.

The internationally-acclaimed flugelhorn and trumpet player had a career spanning 60 years, beginning when he formed the Jazz Brothers as a teenager all the way to the recording of his biggest hit "Feels So Good" in 1978.

That song reached as high as No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for Record of the Year at the Grammys, propelling Mangione's career.
