Re: Training camp 2011 thread
I think I'd be fine with Landry not playing the whole preseason to get his Achilles healed and strong.
"Grant Paulsen L. Landry says his achilles is feeling better. ''It feels fine. I just need it to get stronger.'' Said he wants to be 100% before he plays." |

Wow. I can't think of anything to say, the photo speaks for itself. |
Re: Training camp 2011 thread
Injury updates...
"Chris Russell Cooley sore, Malcolm x rays negative #Redskins" |
Re: Training camp 2011 thread
Malcolm X? Oh yeah...him. He's not making this team. Kelly needed to make it through the preseason unscathed to impress...didn't even make it TO the preseason games before getting hurt. It may be minor, but isn't helping his image and reputation.
I just hope he didn't curse the #12 jersey for Beck. Nice nickname for Kelly actually...Malcom X-Rays. |
Re: Training camp 2011 thread
This reminded me of Blache's rookies and strippers comment...
"Chris Russell Shanahan very happy with Jarvis Jenkins, says "I don't want to put the kiss of death" on him. #Redskins 1 minute ago from Twitter for Android" |

Of course let's see what he does over the course of the season, but right now he looks promising. |

And the right Clemson D lineman too. I tried to look up some things about Da'Quan Bowers this morning and couldnt really find anything special, just a lot of he the ability type stuff. It might be that Tampa gets much less press coverage then DC but it still felt like we got the right guy |
Re: Training camp 2011 thread
I saw something where Cofield said he'd like to play with Osi again. Not sure if he was implying playing against him or that he should come to DC. Either way he seems pretty stoked about playing for the Skins.

Now he also has a messed up foot. Its sad to see but im thinking hes not only not making the team but that his career is done. |
Re: Training camp 2011 thread
Its nice to our training camp is kinda boring compared to Denver and Miami's camp. Its nice not have the drama.

Re: Training camp 2011 thread
Gotta love Miami fans chanting for Orton at one practice, then chanting for Henne at another.

Ever since the Tuna left, man Miami FO has been a mess. Wow. You had GM ask the draftee if his mom was crackhead prostitue, the handling of the Soprano coaching situation, and now this to go along with alot of losing. Organization taking a big hit. |
