I think most people are more worried that Bezos could be a worse owner than Dan, if that is even possible. I don't think being Liberal has anything to do with it.
Lol. Of course it does. It is 2020.

Okay no idea if this is "THE" big story or not, but Twitter is going crazy now and people are saying that Dan is expected to be brought up on sex trafficking charges, evidently this could be why he has been spending so much time in Europe lately.

No idea if it is true or not, but if he is facing charges, then i think the NFL should put the team up for sale immediately.
Bezos will likely buy the team, since everyone knows he wants in on the NFL, and the NFL wants to have the connection for potential streaming deal with Amazon.

Also, I don't get people getting all worked up because Bezos is a liberal. Look at the late Paul Allen, he was a liberal and that didn't affect his management of the Seahawks.

As I said, I'm sick of Snyder's shitshow, and I just want new ownership.
At this point we know what Snyder is, a loser who's run this once proud franchise into the ground. The other owners are clearly tired of him. I don't care who the next owner is just get this jackass the F out.

You are right though, we don't know what we'll get from Bezos or any new owner. I would hope that a new owner would learn from Snyder's mistakes, and as I said, I'm so sick of Snyder that I just want someone new.
It really has nothing to do with Bezos being liberal. It's how he runs Amazon. If you're in the corporate offices, from what I've heard over the years it can be a cutthroat environment. Not to mention how the warehouse workers are treated. And at the end of the day for what? Bezos already has more money then he'll ever need for the rest of his life. He could buy the Redskins for 5 billion, and make that amount back in a month. He doesn't need the Redskins, but the NFL wants him in the ownership group so they can cut a deal with Amazon.

Given our current climate, I can see NFL sponsors pressuring the NFL to get rid of Snyder.
They just forced a name change that couldn't be done for decades, they're probably on a power trip right now. Snyder caved and showed be can be bought. They have him by the balls.

The wait for news is excruciating right now...the new name and *THIS* news.

I had that thought earlier but didn't say anything. I really hope not.

Ghislaine Maxwell is talking now though.

This is what it comes down to. I also have zero doubt he is more competent than Dan.

If it means Amazon streams all Redskins games for Prime members so I can watch every week, I'd be willing to accept him. :D

They're rarely on TV up here in PA anymore.

You have to admit Bezzos could build one hell of a Stadium!

Even if they're not called the Redskins?

I think he's happy winning NASCAR championships and seeing his grandkids now.
Some are worried Bezos would move the team but that's not happening
The NFL needs a team in the D.C. market. Look how they made sure they got back into L.A. even though it's not really an NFL town, the Lakers and Dodgers rule there.

Where would they even go? San Diego? Oklahoma City? St. Louis? The league would never give up the D.C. market for a smaller city.

Let's cross the Bezos bridge if/when we get to it. If this report is something that could force Snyder out...and if it's bad enough, how quickly might this happen? I mean the season is trying to start...with a ton of complications on it's own....so who takes over the operation if he's not there? There is no GM...and honestly Ron has too much on his plate now. This year has been a disaster already for numerous reasons, but the timing of all this, is just awful.

Apparently, as of last year, Bezos wanted to be an NFL owner:
