Ouch. I'm sure it will heal. Most injuries to the knee like that either need surgery or will heal on it's own. Since you are able to use it without a lot of pain, I think it's safe to say it will heal on it's own. Doesn't take away the pain, I know.
I will tell you this, even after 2 months, it will still be sensitive. Be careful with it.

AW shit, LB is on the bench with knee tendonitis. Whatever will we do know? I think we will be ok if we hold her out till the season opener.

We've heard about how awesome Quake is, and he's overly confident. Most people that talk like he does will go down eventually.
