Tells me he's under a lot of pressure and it's getting to him if a single fan can rile him up like that. They know fans are morons so why even engage them? Best thing they can do is get off social media or get a handle that's incognito.
Honestly, I think that's the approach RG3 should have taken with that fan on Instagram if he felt the need to respond at all
if RG3 woulda responded like that, it would have broke sports media.

The "if he felt the need to respond at all" being key. Guys like these are trolls and all CK did was feed him. He went from 8 followers to 1,555. All CK accomplished was to make an asshole famous.

I am sure it is hard, but the best thing is just to ignore these idiots.

Yep, without a doubt.

Thing is, that's not Griffin. He may not always use social media wisely, but ripping a fan like that? Just wouldn't happen.

He's got over 3,100 followers now.

People love a troll.

My guess is he will lose a lot of followers soon. Probably getting followers who want to see if this conversation will continue over the next few days

This makes me very happy...

"What I’m trying to change is our kind of way that we’re not looking for the height, weight or speed guys, we’re looking for football players. We want guys who are consistent, guys who are passionate, very competitive, tough and smart. It’s not always the best athletes that way, but I want them to realize, just because a guy can’t run a 4.4 40-yard [dash], doesn’t mean he can’t play wide receiver or running back. All the sudden you have an offensive lineman who measures 6’2 1/2” when the league average is 6’4”, I could care less about that. Let me know about a football player and we’ll go from there because that’s what’s going to help me on Sundays."

...always thought this was the way to acquire players. :)

That is why the scouting combine numbers should not be taken that seriously. It is a factor but it should not sway our FO to draft one player over another.
Emmit Smith and Jerry Rice come to mind, as they dropped out of the top 15 of their draft class because of slower than expected 40 times at the Combine. Smith ran a 4.8 in the 40 at the combine.

I agree, one should draft based on tape, not the Underwear Olympics.

If I can get through this draft without a single pick making me think "WTF, why'd they pick him?" I'll be happy.

It's been about XX? years since we had an entire draft I enjoyed.

Edit: Thought I was in the draft thread, my bad guys.

There's a RUMOR about SOME SORT OF VIDEO????

What type of No-Story, BS writing is the internet coming up with these days?
That story literally has ZERO credibility at this point, why is it even published?

............not that I wouldn't love seeing the cowboys sink, this just seems ridiculous, IMO
