Hey, Skins fan, you're getting all worked up about nothing. AA is legendary for his workout regimen and how he keeps himself in shape. Gibbs even went out of his way to make a point about this, when he introduced AA at his signing. Since the team hasn't made an issue about this, why is everyone else doing so? There are a lot of other things pertaining to the Skins that are a cause for worry, such as ST's upcoming trial.
Like someone said, as long as AA doesn't run afoul of the law (grin), I ain't worried at all. |

Re: Redskins | Archuleta working on his own
I dunno. Half his injuries come from concussions. Sure he's had other injuries, but it sounds like to me he needs to stop hitting his head on shit.

Re: Redskins | Archuleta working on his own
There will be plenty of time for him to develop chemistry in mandatory team functions.
If the team doesn't have a problem with this, which I'm assuming they don't, why should we?
100% correct, One of the reasons teams bring players in is to make sure they workout, many left to there own motivation will not, there is no worry about AA coming into camp in game shape, that's what counts, as Matty said there's plenty of time to get to know your teamates and develope chemistry. |
Re: Redskins | Archuleta working on his own
The article turned out to be false on this he spends 2 week with the skins program, 1 week with his, then come back to washington for 2 weeks with us and so on. Thats what Gibbs said on the interview

Offiss, I didn't think you'd be checking this site anymore. I assumed you had moved to New York so you can cheer on the New York Ramseys and the New York Football Lavars. |
Re: Redskins | Archuleta working on his own
Around the park
Gibbs said new safety Adam Archuleta has been splitting his time between Redskin Park and his California home. "In general, we want everybody here every day, but it's voluntary," Gibbs said. "In Arch's case, it's a little different. He has a lifting program he's used for years. He's spent two weeks here, one week out there and then two weeks here." ... Gibbs talked with safety Sean Taylor about his legal issues. Taylor's assault trial has been delayed indefinitely while the prosecution gets a new lead attorney up to speed. "There were reasons for it being moved each time," Gibbs said. "I don't think anybody has a handle on it. If they continue to move it, it would be a concern as the season gets closer." Looks like AA is doing his best to be around. |
Again Roy Williams & Archuleta Strong Safety - Taylor and Ed Reed Free Safety got it.
Schneed10 say it best how Gregg williams is going to use Archulletta and try to use him at his best the bad thing is that he isn't really good at that either oh and last season I watch at least 8 games and I watched all your games last year I go to a sport book here in mex where they have 10 60inchs tvs where they play all the games at the same time also I have a variation of Tivo and I tape the cowboys games and the important games that week or next rivals so I can see how they're playing and what we did wrong.
I understand that your comparing them by positions, but can you give some insight on what archulletta does wrong ? Honestly, I haven't seen archuletta play much - so I don't have a strong opinion about his play. What I'm trying to do is get some inside info. from someone who has (watched him play). I am not sure that paying attention to some portions of his (Archuletta's) games when the cowboys games are in a commercial or some other break of the game would be enough to come to any conclusion, bad or otherwise. |
Re: Redskins | Archuleta working on his own
Did he play with they beat the Cowboys the last game of the season?
